The long-standing tradition and experience in the production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, spanning over more than fifty years, enable the GIOVANI Farm to offer its numerous clientele an excellent, tasty and fragrant product.

The farm's century old olive groves are situated in the hills, whilst newer plantations are to be found on the slopes and in the plain.

Agricultural work on the farm fully respects the olive trees and the environment: the trees are hand-pruned every year and only organic fertilizer is used.
