Deliveries

Goods will normally shipped within 7 days of receiving the order and confirmation of payment by the Bank.

At the time of dispatching the goods, an e-mail is sent to the buyer with all the shipment details.
Aziena Agricola Giovani uses safe, hard-wearing, thermal packaging to ensure the safety and freshness of your purchases.

Should something not be available at the time of placing the order, the Client will be advised by e-mail about the availability of the product and the delay in delivering same.

Delivery guarantee

Azienda Agricola Giovani guarantee the highest possible delivery service. Deliveries are made only to the addresses provided by the Customers.

Money back guarantee
Should by any reason whatsoever delivered not correspond to the ordered item, Azienda Agricola Giovani guarantees a substitution of the product with another of a similar value.

Right of withdrawal

italian Legislation 185 of the 22/05/99 gives the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement within 10 working days from the day of receiving the goods, by sending a registered letter addressed to Azienda Agricola Giovani - San Lorenzo - 57028 - Suvereto (LI) Italy.

The withdrawal notice can also be send by telegram or by fax to 0039 0565 845135, but must be confirmed by registered letter within 48 hours.

The right to withdraw does not apply to:

• goods made to measure and obviously personalized or perishable items.

Should a buyer decide to exercise his/her right to withdraw from the purchase, the goods must be returned to the sender intact, unused and in their original packaging. Goods must be returned by insured parcel service and at the buyer's expense to:

The return of the goods must take place within 10 working days from the date of the withdrawal notice.

Refund procedure

Refunds will be made by Bank transfer or by non-negotiable cheque by Azienda Agricola Giovani within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Refunds are limited to the amounts initially paid for the goods. Any expenses for the return of the goods back to the sender are for the buyer's account.

To exercise the right of withdrawal it is imperative that the goods are returned to the sender, unused and in their original packaging.
